Full Warranty Peace of Mind: We are proud of the quality we source. We are happy to fully warrant all glass and parts supplied directly by our company. If we supply the glass, you are completely covered against manufacturing defects and installation issues under our comprehensive business warranty.
Fit Own Glass (FOG) Policy
We offer absolutely no warranty on customer-supplied glass.
Risk of Breakage: While we take the utmost care, customer-supplied glass may have unseen manufacturing defects, transport stress, or poor storage history. We accept zero responsibility or liability if customer-supplied glass breaks before, during, or after installation. If a replacement is needed, it will be entirely at the customer's expense.
Remove & Re-fit Policy
Risk of Breakage on Removal: Automotive glass is bonded to the vehicle chassis under high tension. Over time, road stress, age, and micro-cracks weaken it. Because of this, we accept no responsibility or liability if your existing glass cracks or breaks during the removal process. If the glass breaks while being removed, the customer is responsible for the cost of sourcing a new glass.
Factory ADAS & Electrical Disclaimer (No Responsibility)
No Electrical or Sensor Liability: Modern vehicle windscreens house sensitive factory electronics, including rain sensors, light sensors, lane-assist cameras, anti-fogging elements, and aerials. We accept absolutely no responsibility or liability for the operation, failure, pre-existing faults, or post-installation issues of any electrical systems, wiring, or sensors.
